During the summer season, we offer only the Whole House Option.
If you would like the Bed & Breakfast Option, please visit us in the fall, winter, or spring.
Winter Rates
Based on 4-adult occupancy. $40/night for each additional adult.
Infants stay free. Children, ages 2-15, stay for $20/night per child.

Guests have the entire house and stock their own groceries.

Rates are based on 4-adult occupancy. Additional adult rate is $50 each per night.

Winter Holiday Rates
Christmas & New Year
December 21, 2023 through January 3, 2024
$300/Night, $2000/Week
for 4 adults, plus $50/night each additional adult
Infants stay free. Children ages 2-15 - $25/night per child.
Deposit
50% or $500 (whichever is less) is required to hold a reservation
(The reservation deposit will serve as a security deposit and will be refunded within 3 days after checkout, minus damage or cleaning fees.)
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, or cash.
We offer a 3% cash discount.
Full Payment is due the day of arrival, after guests have viewed the property.
Pet Policy
One or two dogs are welcome.
There is a $50 per pet, per stay fee.
Our friendly dogs and cats will most likely visit you from time to time when you're outside. Please do not allow OUR pets inside the Guesthouse. (And please tell us if you would rather they not visit you.)
Spring & Fall Rates
